Meet the Executive Team
Concorde is led by a passionate management team and backed by a highly experienced board.
Andy has spent over 30 years in leadership roles in IT organisations. He started his management career at Securicor Group, where he was appointed Managing Director, before joining the Chubb Security Group in 1996. Andy has also previously held CEO roles at Centennial Software (now part of FrontRange); Content Technologies and most recently web and cloud services provider, Fasthosts Internet Group. Andy is the Chief Revenue Officer of innovative UK Hybrid Cloud ISV, Zynstra, a Non-Executive Director of both the Federation Against Software Theft (FAST) and Outsourcery plc.
He is also Founder and Director of the influential Cloud Industry Forum, and is known across the sector as one of cloud computing’s foremost commentators and industry experts.
CEO and Co-Founder
Phil has over 23 years experience in business leadership, spending the last 10 concentrating on the IT sector, and the last seven specialising in Software Asset Management (SAM). He has worked with and managed a large sales force in the financial sector, and has been a Board Director for companies in various sectors. Phil has a proven track record in end-to-end project management, and has previously delivered successful projects for customers such as Federation Against Software Theft (FAST), and Microsoft.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Concorde, Phil leads the strategic management team, and is responsible for delivering the sales and growth strategy for Concorde.
Chief Technology Officer
Mark is a passionate technology leader who brings to Concorde over 15 years’ experience of managing enterprise development teams and global software projects, having helped a range of both private and public sector clients develop and deliver on their technology road maps. Mark led the development of a £4m channel portal site for MessageLabs prior to acquisition by Symantec, as well heading the development team for Birmingham City Council, Europe’s 2nd largest local authority, on behalf of Capita plc.
Mark has won several industry awards for innovative use of technology, including overseeing the development of the National Fire Service portal which won an e-gov award for digital service enablement and the development of a national podcasting platform for Capital Radio which won a media Sandbox award. Mark has overseen the design & development of Core Control from the ground-up into the award-winning platform now in use globally by Concorde’s customers.
Chief Operating Officer
Andy has over 25 years experience and has held several technical and senior management roles in international companies such as CSC and AMP, from operational support and service management through to project management, new business bid leadership and client outsource transition programme management. These roles span both application and infrastructure disciplines and services and include service re-engineering and redesign. Andy has led the EMEA asset management new business and quality assurance practice at CSC and has overseen the successful service on-boarding of several global reach clients.
He has excellent credentials in service management design and implementation with a proven track record in client engagement and the delivery of complex programmes that providing optimum results for our clients. Andy is also a SAM policy and process expert.
Gary has over 25 years of IT Gary Holland, VP Salesexperience in sales and sales management. Gary joined Concorde from procurement software specialist, Coupa, where he was Sales Director. Prior to Coupa, Gary was a Global Account Director at OpenText, experts in leveraging enterprise information to drive digital transformation.
Gary and his sales organisation will be responsible for continuing Concorde’s growth into the global enterprise Software Asset Management market, by working directly with customers and prospects, as well as growing Concorde’s channel partner and technology partner community, including ServiceNow, LANDESK and other ITSM vendors.
James has spent the last 20 years working in a broad variety of marketing roles, principally in the B2B and B2C technology sectors, both agency-side and in-house. His experience spans big blue chip organisations like IBM, HP, BMC and Cisco, through to fast-growing start-ups. James is a passionate believer in influencer and content-led marketing, and has a strong track-record of delivering successful programmes around both areas for enterprise software organisations.
James leads the marketing team at Concorde and is responsible for sales and marketing alignment, business development, customer loyalty and customer retention. Ultimately ensuring that Concorde shapes the future of the SAM market rather than simply following it.
